Production sites

In addition to our headquarters in Madrid (Spain) and our commercial offices in houston (USA), we have four production sites, two in Spain and two in America, which are benchmarks in terms of efficiency and capacity. We also have two other production sites in China as a result of a JV, which give us added value in the international market.

Emulsion plant Altamira

The production site is located in Altamira, Tamaulipas. Mexico with a capacity of 130,000 TPY of NBR.

The main markets we serve are tire, tire retread, automotive, seal, under carpet, FDA seals, conveyor belt, chewing gum, hose, rolls, insulate, plastic, friction, technical articles, adhesives, shoes, molded parts, mats, O-ring, paper and textile coating.

Solution plant Altamira

This production site is located in Altamira, Tamaulipas, México. The total production capacity of this chemical complex is 110,000 TPY of SSBR and SBS.

The main markets we serve are asphalt modification, adhesives, seals, polymer modification, thermoplastic compounds, shoes soles, industrial vulcanized articles.

Chemicals plant Alava

This is a chemical complex with an area of 50 hectares located on the banks of the Ebro River, in the town of Zubillaga, Lantarón, in the province of Álava (Spain). Its production capacity is 30,000 tons per year of various types of fine rubber chemicals, such as accelerators, antioxidants, among other industrial materials.

The main markets served by this plant are: tires, tubes, hoses, cables, technical rubber parts, coating, latex, footwear, agrochemicals and colorants.

Solution plant Santander

The production site is located in Santander, Spain. The total production capacity is 120,000 TPY of SBS and SEBS. In this location we find our technology center, the most modern and avant-garde of the Dynasol Group.

The main markets we serve are: asphalt modification, adhesives, seals, polymer modification, thermoplastic compounds, shoes soles, industrial vulcanized articles.
