Madrid May 24, 2022 - Azucarera, Roca Group, EULEN Group, APM Terminals and Dynasol Group have been the winners of the Kaizen Awards in its tenth edition.

Miguel Carsi, President and CEO of Toyota and Lexus Spain, was also present: "Kaizen is the solution, not only for the factory, but for any business that puts the customer first and profitability behind all operations," he said. "In the case of Toyota Spain, Kaizen activities are implemented within the company's transformation strategy to respond to the needs of our customers," he concluded.

Dynasol Group, "Excellence in the Continuous Improvement System" Award
Dynasol Group has been distinguished for its Dynasol Global Continuous Improvement Model project, in the category "Excellence in Continuous Improvement System", which has managed to fit lean tools and respect of defined standards in its plants Dynasol Elastomers in Cantabria, General Química in Alava, and Dynasol Elastomers in Altamira-Mexico.

"This award is a recognition of the effort made by all the people who are part of the Dynasol Group. During the last few years, thanks to the KAIZEN project, a common working method has been consolidated in our group for all plants, in which people from all levels participate. Numerous projects have been successfully carried out, basically focused on reducing non-qualities, increasing productivity and improving energy efficiency, which have had a direct impact on the profit and loss accounts of each of the plants and which have been carried out with a methodology that has already become part of our Continuous Improvement process", explains Elena González, Manager of Technical Services Spain.

"The Kaizen Awards distinguish individuals and organizations that systematize change for the better, achieving disruptive and innovative results. In a constantly changing world, in a time of great uncertainty, an agile and improvement-oriented organization will react faster and adapt better to changing situations, protecting the bottom line and generating sustainable growth," explained Borja Iglesias, general manager of Kaizen Institute Spain, at the virtual awards ceremony.
