ALLOCATION ANNOUNCEMENT

The recent escalation of the conflict in the Middle East has created uncertainty in global
supply chains and energy markets, which in turn has affected the chemical industry
throughout Europe and across the globe.

In response to this situation, Dynasol has devised a strategic action plan to ensure a
steady supply of raw material and adequate operational resources.

As we progress with our plan, we are facing unprecedented soaring prices for raw
materials, transportation, and energy that we are unable to fully absorb.

In light of the current situation, Dynasol is assessing various scenarios, including the
possibility of declaring a temporary allocation for all products manufactured in Europe in
April and potentially in the upcoming months ahead.

We will continue to work proactively with our customers to minimize the impact on their
supply chain and keep them informed of any changes.
