On January 18th and 19th 2023, the area of Operations in Mexico of Dynasol Group held the "Steering Committee & Value Review" meeting at the Emulsion and Solution plants in México, with the participation of Cesar T. Alvarado Alanís General Manager of Operations México, Miguel Angel Ortega Mendoza Technical Services Manager, Walter Guzmán King Maintenance Manager, Jorge Eliud Rodriguez Osorio Emulsion Plant Production Manager, Alejandro Santomé García Solution Production Manager, in addition to project leaders, facilitators and the consultants from the Kaizen Institute Spain, Jorge Lloret and Arnau Figuerola. The meeting was held to evaluate the results obtained at the end of the eighth cycle, August-December 2022 semester, of the followings improvement projects.

In general, the implementation of these projects achieved the economic benefits planned at the beginning of this cycle, in addition to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes, the criteria used in this evaluation were
- Achievement of Objective (Key Performance Indicator) and economic impact
- Number of priority actions pending implementation
- Sustainability of the implemented actions
According to these results, the decision was made to continue with the implementation of the following improvement projects in the ninth cycle January-July 2023

In the same way, at this meeting, the implementation of the Daily Kaizen methodology was reviewed, in parallel with the development of improvement projects, carried out through meetings and self-management boards located in the productive areas of the Solution and Emulsion plants, with positive results and taking the following decisions.
- Start with the implementation of Daily Kaizen Level 4 (Structured Problem Solving) in the areas of Maintenance, Production and Quality Assurance in the plant Solution
- Start with the implementation of Daily Kaizen Level 4 (Structured Problem Solving) in the areas of Quality Assurance, PT Warehouse and Auxiliary Services in the Emulsion plant
- Implement Daily Kaizen methodology in the areas of Safety & Environment, Processes and Projects.
All these initiatives are aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes that make up the Mexico Operations Department.
