Emulprene 1783 is a copolymer styrene – butadiene cold emulsion polymerized used fatty and rosin acid as emulsifier, coagulated by salt-acid system and it is extended utilizing 37.5 phr of RAE (Residual Aromatic Extract).
Emulpene 1783 is used in the manufacture of tires, retreading, conveyor belts, hoses, mechanical goods for its excellent processing properties.
This product is commercialized in 34 ± 1 Kg rectangular bales individually wrapped in low melting point polyethylene film and shipped in 36-bale cardboard boxes.
Store in dry and ventilated area where it will not be exposed to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures or sources of ignition.
